Bangshowbiz:
Beyoncé Knowles has reportedly forced her backing dancers to pay for their own flights to attend rehearsals.
The 'Dreamgirls' star, who is promoting her latest album 'B-Day', expects her backing dancers to pay for their own flights from New York to Los Angeles to rehearse for her upcoming tour and
latest music videos, according to the New York Post newspaper.
A source said: "They had to pay for their own flight and work for a measly $400 per video."
Scared to complain
The dancers were reportedly too scared to complain, as they were faced with the threat of not being hired at all if they didn't comply.
The source added: "They were told that they couldn't call their agents and that if they didn't agree, they would not be hired."
Representatives for Beyoncé have so far refused to comment.
