One word: roti. The third roti festival seemed to have been the biggest one yet. With Vishu Tolan promising a family affair, the National Council for Indian Culture in Jamaica did not renege on its promise. There was a feast of entertainment as well, with various Indian groups singing, parading fashion and, of course, dancing. Errol Lee and the Bare Essentials band brought some soca to the whole mix, while Luciano brought his positive reggae message as well. I suppose this emphasised the national motto.
