Golding to address PAJ breakfast
published: Monday | March 12, 2007

Opposition Leader Bruce Golding will be special guest at the Press Association of Jamaica's (PAJ) Editors' Roundtable breakfast on Wednesday at the Knutsford Court Hotel in Kingston.

According to recent opinion surveys, since his appointment as its leader two years ago, Mr. Golding has brought the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) within striking distance of overturning the 18-year-long rule of the People's National Party. Ahead of parliamentary elections, due this year, media gatekeepers will be afforded the opportunity at the forum to exchange views with Mr. Golding on issues of national importance.

The bi-monthly Editors' Round-table is hosted by the PAJ, in partnership with media houses, as a means of fostering discussions between editorial managers and public figures.

The forum, which was started last November, has been addressed by Contractor General Greg Christie, and President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, Christopher Zacca.
