Unionised workers at the RBTT Bank are expected back on the job today.
This is following the back-to-work ruling of the Industrial Disputes Tribunal, (IDT) last Friday.
All 21 branches of the RBTT bank were closed last Friday, following protest action by the more than 300 workers.
The workers are demanding a 35 per cent increase in year one and 20 per cent in year two.
But Rodney Prasad, managing director at RBTT, is insisting that management is not prepared to offer more than 13 per cent in year one and eight per cent in year two.
Mr. Prasad says the IDT is yet to make a decision on the wage dispute. He said the wage issue would be addressed within the next three to four weeks.
Meanwhile, Ruddy Spencer, president of the Bustamante Industrial Trade Union said the union has welcomed the ruling by the IDT.
