The U.S. Embassy's Office of Public Affairs (OPA), Kingston, invites Jamaican professionals to submit applications for the 2008/2009 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Programme.
The all-expense paid one-year fellowship does not lead to a degree but allows mid-career professionals to spend a year at a U.S. university pursuing an individually-tailored study programme and interacting with fellow professionals from the U.S. and across the globe.
One of the goals of the programme is to provide participants with the opportunity to develop lasting productive ties among their professional counterparts in the U.S. and other countries.
