Nico Bam Bam has a 'Hype'
published: Friday | April 20, 2007

Andr Jebbinson, Staff Reporter

Nicholas 'Nico Bam Bam' Peterson became musically inclined at age nine and hasn't looked back. He is a true child of the dancehall, who remembers sneaking out of his parents' house to attend dances in the inner-city community of Southside, Kingston. His love for music grew to the extent of him setting up a neighbour's component set as a makeshift sound system.

Little did Nico know that his talent would help him to become a part of sounds such as Digitech, Squad 51, LA Benz and Jam One. He now operates his own sound, Nico Supreme. Along with that, Nico can be seen every Monday from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on Hype TV, hosting 'Hot Mondays'.
