The mixing begins.


Both cornflour and white flour must be properly mixed together to form a dough.


For Joey Peltier's dumplings, cornflour and white flour are mixed together in equal amounts.


Seasonings, including onions, garlic, sweet red and green peppers are sautéd in hot oil.
