Jamaica Private Power Company shares to change hands
United States-based CMS Energy, the largest shareholder in Jamaica Private Power Company Limited (JPPC), announced yesterday that it had agreed to sell its 42 per cent stake.

FOR ITS second quarter to March 31, 2007, conglomerate Lascelles deMercado has posted an increase in its revenue, but rising costs and expenses have depressed the company's net income for the quarter.

Pan Jam, First Jamaica declare big dividends

AT THEIR annual general meetings held back to back Tuesday, both Pan Jamaican Investment Trust Limited and First Jamaica Investments Limited announced a special dividend that will give substantial returns to shareholders.
