Miller strikes thrice

A HAT-TRICK from Patrick Miller carried Packers to a come from behind 3-2 victory over Waterhouse in the Kingston and St. Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) Master League competition on Sunday, at the Bell Chung Oval.

Miller scored his goals in the (19th, 30th and 67th). Jerome Williams scored both goals for Waterhouse in the 15th and 25th minutes.

In other games, St. George's, led by a lone strike from Nicholas McIntosh, won 1-0 over Barbican at Winchester Park.

At Breezy Castle, David Johnson scored a hat-trick to guide Professionals to a 3-2 victory over Washington Strikers. Johnson scored his goals in the 38th, 45th and 75th minutes. Garfield Barnes (50th) and Courtney Brooks (90th) scored Washington's goals.

Shortwood stopped Telecom Strikers 4-1 at Winchester Park and Kingston Commissioners and Santos played to a 0-0 draw.

On Saturday, Kush edged Lion King 2-1 with Mark Sterling (21st) and Desmond Taylor, (71st) on target forthe victors while Michael Tulloch got the lone goal for Lion King in 42nd minute.

Boys' Town defeated M.V. Exodus 1-0 at home. Desmond Davis scored for Boys' Town in the 78th minute.

At Duhaney Park, Chris Marshall netted a brace to guide Maxfield to a 4-0 win over Real Mona 4-0.

Park Rovers beat Nautica 2-1, Pelicans stopped Eastern 3-0 and hosts Harbour View downed Thunderbolts 3-0.
