Colour my mood serene. Art lovers and fashion enthusiasts alike came out to view and shop for items on display at Island Art and Framing's 'Colour My Mood'.

Patrons were given the opportunity to view and purchase paintings, sculptures, furniture and other home décor last Wednesday. The premises at 26 Earl's Court gave guests the relaxed feeling of home but with numerous valuable paintings on the walls and sculptures all around. All the while hors d'oeuvres were being served along with fresh juices from Tru Juice. Artists on display included Ainsley Martin, Alexander Cooper, Graham Davis, George Rodney and Otis Atkinson.

Different booths on the lawns showcased how different colours such as pink, brown and blue can be worked into home décor and evoke different moods.

Guests were treated in the second half of the evening to a fashion show which previewed the summer pieces available from a number of stores and designers such as Kathy Clunis, Kikis, Kerry Manwomanhome, Heart and Sole, Karamba, Shakti Mind, Body and Fitness, and Karma by Jessie McConnell.

Patrons were seen soaking up great conversation and enjoying drinks from the various bars. The guests included Mark Shields, Dr. Patricia Yapp, Vivette Miller, Anthony Brown, John Jackson, Kimberly Mais, Debra Lopez, Kerry Simmonds, Jackie Murray and Robert Davis.
