Digicel paid homage to good ol' New York at the Digicel Jamaica Derby at Caymanas Park last Saturday.

While patrons were enjoying one of the biggest days in racing, the Digicel tent added glamour to the event.

The rains earlier that morning did not put a damper on the anything. In between races the Digicel Rockettes, Ashe, Xyamaica, among others, performed Broadway-themed songs.

A wide variety of food and drinks was provided from bars and restaurants which did not leave the New York theme behind. These included the Penthouse Bar, Little Italy, China Town, 42nd Street, and the New York Grill.

The theme was carried out right down to the bathroom entrances, which mimicked subway entrances.

Some guests maintained the race day tradition and sported elegant hats, while others chose funky ones.

Guests included: Christopher Dehring, Alicia Dehring, Anna-Kay Tomlinson, Evan Scott, Tom Tavaris Finson, Alex Barnett, Mathew Morrison, Conrad Bedward, Andrea Libure and Carla Gibson.
