Action in the 2007 Western Hotels Sports Association's All-Island netball competition continues on Tuesday.
Defending champions Grand Lido Braco Resort and Spa go in search of win number three in as many matches, when they host Runaway Bay Heart Academy and Training Institute, while one of last year's beaten quarter-finalists, Sandals Whitehouse European Village Resort and Spa, host glamour team Digital Storm Jamaica Limited at the New Hope Junior High School.
Both matches commence at 4:30 p.m.
Also on Tuesday, first-time entrants RBTT Montego Bay Branch host Grand Lido Negril Resort and Spa at the Montego Bay Cricket Club at 6:00 p.m.
In action from last week, defending champions Grand Lido Braco Resort and Spa defeated Tryall Hotel 41-15 at their home base in Rio Bueno.
Goal attack Allison Grant,with 25 goals from 32 attempts, and utility player Cerene Wallace, playing goal shooter with nine from 11 attempts, led the way to victory.
Domino pairs champs starts today
The National Association of Domino Bodies Open Invitational pairs championships for Business House and other teams gets under way today at Jacisera Park starting at noon.
Today's matches will facilitate pairs in the eastern region (Kingston, St. Thomas and Portland), while next Sunday it is the turn of the western region comprising St. James, Westmoreland and St. Elizabeth at Cornwall Courts Community Centre, MoBay. Eliminations will continue in the mid-island region on June 24, and finally, the northern region on Sunday, July 1. There will be no entry fees.
Five pairs from each region will advance to the national grand finals on Sunday, July 8, at Jacisera Park. The winning pair will receive $30,000 while each of the five advancing pairs will receive $2,000.
JET beat Gleaner
For the second straight year, Jamaica Electrical Technology (JET) have beaten defending Division One domino champions The Gleaner in their first meeting.
On Friday, June 1, in third- round action at Lyndhurst Road, JET, playing at home, defeated Gleaner 150-137 as the defending champions suffered their first loss in three matches.
Results of other third-round Division One matches are as follows: Tastee beat BoJ 145-129, last year's beaten finalists Air Jamaica stopped LoJ 142-132, Seprod drubbed Tropicair 105-86, Wray and Nephew beat JUTC 108-103 and Jamaica Brandy got by NWC 126-103.
In Division Two, CVM, playing at home, defeated Pre-Mix 142-122, RJR Group and Lascelles played to an exciting 108 tie at Lyndhurst Road, Pepsi beat NCB 95-69, Housing Trust stopped Statistical Institute 114-104, SDC beat Nutrition Products 132-109 and Port Authority defeated Hardware and Lumber 104-88. The matches between Marksman and Moores Business Form and Carib Cement versus National Baking Company had to be postponed due to bad weather.
JUTC face Edna Manley
Defending champions Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) will face Edna Manley in today's feature game of the Reggae Jammin/Business House Volleyball competition at the University of West Indies (UWI) Bowl starting at noon.
In the day's other games, The Gleaner oppose UWI at 11:00 a.m. and Bank of Jamaica (BoJ) tackle National Water Commission (NWC) at 10:00 a.m.
In the afternoon session, starting at 2:00 p.m., The Gleaner meet NWC, BoJ tackle Edna Manley at 3:00 p.m. and JUTC face UWI at 4:00 p.m.

NWC to battle JNBS
The Kingston and St. Andrew Association Business House Division One football competition continues today when National Water Commission tackle Jamaica National Building Society at Mona Great House Boulevard starting at 4:00 p.m.
Meanwhile, the first-round knockout competition will kick off tomorrow with the playing of two games. University of the West Indies oppose Carib Cement at Mona, and Supreme Ventures entertain Wisynco at Waterhouse Mini Stadium. Both games are scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m.
