RAMONE MCKENZIE and Shana-Gaye Tracey head Jamaica's 19-member team to the fifth IAAF World Youth Athletics Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Latoya McDermott, Natoya Goule, Nickel Ashmeade and Dexter Lee are the other top athletes named in the team for the July 11-15 championships.
The team of eight girls and 11 boys will depart the island on Monday ahead of a one-week training camp in Ostrava. They will return to the island on July 17.
Girls: Shavine Hodges, Latoya McDermott, Shana-Gaye Tracey, Natoya Goule, Jura Levy, Shermaine Williams, Misha-Gaye Dacosta and Evans Gayon.
Boys: Hansle Parchment, Donohue Williams, Rolando Berch, Ramone McKenzie, Nickel Ashmeade, Kimarki Absalom, Jonathan Reid, Dwayne Extol, Gregory Morgan, Tarik Batchelor and Dexter Lee.
Coaches: Michael Russell, Kevin Pryce and Michael Carr.
