Percy Junor gets donation
published: Wednesday | July 4, 2007

Mandeville, Manchester:

Daughter of the late Percy Junor, Mrs. Beverly Junor-Levy, last Thursday made a donation of $488,000 to the Mandeville hospital founded and funded by her father, 62 years ago.

Mrs. Junor-Levy, whodonates annually, was making the award at the hospital's annual customer appreciation day.

The day-long celebration which took place in the well-kept environment of the award-winning institution attracted scores of stakeholders from the Southern Regional Authority, medical and non-medical personnel, friends, well-wishers and customers generally.

In the afternoon session, there was a fashion show, concert, free medical examinations and entertainment by subdued strains of music.
