  • JUTC clinch volleyball title

    Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) are the 2007 Reggae Jammin Business House Volleyball League champions. JUTC ended the tournament tied on 26 points with University of West Indies. However, JUTC were declared the champions by virtue of winning the most sets in the competition.

    Edna Manley finished in third spot with 24 points, Bank of Jamaica claimed fourth with 20 and newcomers The Gleaner finished in fifth with 14 points.

  • KO action continues

    The Kingston and St. Andrew Football Association's Business House Knockout competition continues this week.

    In tomorrow's games, Shipping Association of Jamaica tackle National Commercial Bank at Collie Smith Drive; Port Authority battle University of Technology at Kingston College, North Street; and Wray & Nephew face National Water Commission at 234 Spanish Town Road.

    In Tuesday's action, National Housing Trust oppose University of West Indies at Jessie Ripoll, The Gleaner host Jamaica Urban Transit Company at Constant Spring, Courts await Petrojam at Old Men's Hockey Field and Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) tackle Supreme Ventures at Barbican. All matches start at 3:30 p.m.

  • Three-on-three basketball

    The Business House three-on-three basketball competition continues on Wednesday at the National Stadium, starting at 6:00 p.m. Seprod tackle Bars To Go, Lascelles Merchandise oppose Continental Baking, E-Services Group battle Mega Mart, BOJ await NHT, NWC aim at Asylum and Accent meet JUTC.

  • Tank-Weld five-a-side

    In recent action from the Tank-Weld Five-A-Side Business House football competition, Tank-Weld Metals whipped Versachen/Int. Ingredients 5-0, Appliance Traders edged Quality Dealers 3-2, Geon beat NWA 3-1, Grace Foods stopped SACTF 3-1, NHDC defeated Jamaica Infrastructure 2-0, Kraft Foods edged Blue Cross of Jamaica 1-0 and Life of Jamaica got by Tropicair 2-0.
