The police are yet to make an arrest in relation to the death of Dr. Peter Vogel, lecturer at the University of the West Indies, who was found dead on Thursday at his College Common residence in Mona, St. Andrew.Head of the St. Andrew Central Criminal Investigative Branch, Deputy Superintendent McArthur Sutherland, said the police were, however, following some strong leads.
He said the results of the forensic analysis on Vogel's motor vehicle, which went missing the same day his body was discovered, were not yet in.
The Gleaner also learnt that a woman who was questioned in relation to the murder of Dr.Vogel by the Falmouth Central Investigation Branch on Friday was released.
