Adrienne Frantz One of daytime's most beloved veterans is the late Anna Lee, who played the lovely Lila Quartermaine on General Hospital for 25 years. Now you can read her autobiography, Anna Lee: Memoir of a Career on General Hospital and in Film. The actress passed away in 2004, but she spent many years working on the publication with writer Barbara Roisman Cooper, and her son, actor Jeffrey Byron, wrote the epilogue.
Coinciding with the return of Tom Pelphrey to Guiding Light this summer is the release of a book about his popular character, Jonathan Randall, by publisher Simon & Schuster titled Guiding Light: Jonathan's Story. You can find out what Jonathan has been up to, including how he has coped with Tammy's (Stephanie Gatschet) death, since fleeing Springfield with daughter Sarah. Written by Julia London and Alina Adams, the book is set to be released September 18.

Adrianne Leon
The Young and the Restless features a trio of new faces in some short-term roles this August. Marsh Mokhtari appears as Amber's (Adrienne Frantz) worst nightmare, Carson, through August 2. The actor subbed as Chris on Passions in 2006. Character actor Cliff DeYoung appears as Agent Bonacheck, and Keon Young plays Judge Massock through August 2 and August 1 respectively.

Kristian Alfonso
Days of Our Lives actress and entrepreneur Kristian Alfonso (Hope) is expanding her fashion line. She recently debuted her new clothing line, Hope by Kristian Alfonso, as well as several exclusive new pieces from her popular jewelry collection, Hope Faith Miracles, which her character often wears on the soap. If you missed her appearance on the HSN channel on July 23 and 24, you can log on to her official website, www.kristianonline.com, and peruse the items for yourself.
Rumour has it that the original Colleen on The Young and the Restless has landed roles on two hit shows this fall. Lyndsy Fonseca has reportedly been cast on both Heroes and Desperate Housewives. While I would have liked to see her return to Y&R as Colleen after Adrianne Leon's abrupt firing, I'm willing to give the new Colleen (Tammin Sursok) a chance, and I'm always happy to see a former soap actor do well in primetime. Since leaving Y&R in 2004, she has appeared regularly on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother and on the HBO polygamy drama Big Love.
Yes, that's Bailey Chase, formerly Chris Hughes on As the World Turns, that you see on the new Holly Hunter drama, Saving Grace, as detective Butch Ada. Saving Grace airs 10 p.m. Mondays on TNT.
