The clinic will start at 9:00 each morning and end at 5:00 p.m.
Forty young cricketers have been selected by the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) for the three-day clinic. It is hoped that the youngsters will make up the nucleus of the national Under-15 squads for the next two years.
The most outstanding batsman, bowler, wicketkeeper and fielder will all received special prizes from Digicel.
All the participants will receive Digicel gift packs inclusive of backpack, T-shirts and caps.
While Ramdin, who has played 19 Test matches and 37 one-day internationals, will work with all the participants, he will pay close attention to the wicketkeepers.
Expertise
Former West Indies players Kenny Benjamin and Keith Arthurton will serve as the lead coaches and legendary former off-spinner Lance Gibbs will offer his expertise in the spin-bowling department during the three-day camp which will also utilise the facilities at Sabina Park.
Speaking to the successful clinic participants in his home country, Ramdin said the initiative put on by Digicel is an excellent one.
"I started at your age but we did not have clinics like these to learn cricket back then. It must be an amazing opportunity for you to be able to interact with current and former players and learn the basics of the game and some advanced tips as well," Ramdin told over 70 young cricketers upon completion of the second of the regionwide clinics at the Sir Frank Worrell Cricket Centre in Couva, Trinidad.
"It is important for you to keep working at your game and practise as often as you can and put the tips and advice you received at this clinic into practice every time you play," Ramdin urged the youths.
Fans are urged to come out to the Kensington ground to watch the youths in action and also interact with Gayle, Ramdin and the former players.
The first clinic was held in Barbados. After the Jamaica leg the clinic will move on to Guyana.
