The Editor, Sir:I would like to publicly commend the staff of HEART Trust/NTA, and especially their division in Gordon Town, Vocational Training Division Institute, for their superb customer relations. I had the pleasure of liaising with them on a project and was more than pleasantly surprised at the courteous and exuberant comportment of all the staff that I came into contact with, from the security guard to the telephone operator, all the way up to their management team.
This was a refreshing change from the impersonal interaction that seems to be commonplace nowadays. If each organisation had at least one person with such remarkable qualities, one would only hope this demeanour could be generated among other workers and create a more productive and happier working environment for customers and staff alike. Customer service can make or break any business, hence more priority must be given here. Kudos to you, all HEART Trust staff!
