SUMMER COOLERS - Traditional Jamaican coolers

It's mid-summer and the heat is definitely on. But we can cool down with some traditional coolers, such as suck-suck, snow cones, kisko pop and bag juice. Once very popular, they are now rarely seen except at cultural events or from a lone vendor selling them at a stall.

Why are we waiting?

Restaurant Japan, located inside the Hilton hotel in New Kingston, has been open for a while. Therefore, I feel that they have had ample opportunity to correct their less than impeccable timing. Alas, I am now officially fed up! I have counted all the hours...
