WASHINGTON (CMC):

Trinidad and Tobago will this week host the 15th Inter-American Conference of Ministers of Labour, said a statement from the Organisation of American States (OAS), on Friday.

The three-day conference, which opens tomorrow at the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre in Port-of-Spain, will be chaired by the twin-island republic's Labour Minister, Danny Montano.

OAS Secretary General José Miguel Insulza and Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Patrick Manning will address the opening session.
