Pulse Caribbean Model Search down to 14
published: Friday | October 5, 2007

Carla Campbell

In the midst of breakdowns, tears and walkouts, the antithesis of 'model' behaviour, four of the 18 finalists who started out in Pulse's Caribbean Model Search Reality TV series have been sent packing. Now the remaining 14 will be whittled down to a top 10 in this week's episode, to be aired in its new time slot of 9:00 p.m., beginning this Friday on CVM TV.

Those moving on to the next phase are Sasha Lee Atkinson, Toisan Cazley, Natalie Ann Edwards, Latoya Grant, Fallon Harris, Heidi Ann Jamieson, Racquel Jones, Tasha Lee Lewis, Saskia McIntyre, Patasha McLean, Rochelle Notice, Danisha Scott, Kayon Walker and Khurstein Williams.

Having crunched and bench-pressed their way through the first challenge at GymKhana, the battle is now on to see who will continue the quest for Jamaica's top modelling Reality TV prize.

Hangs in the balance

With tapes and photos to be reviewed, the fate of the 14 hangs in the balance as they face Pulse chief Kingsley Cooper, former international model Romae Gordon, and the sharp sarcasm of social scribe Chester Francis Jackson. But the judges deliberations aside, it is the public that determines who remains untouchable with the vote for their favourite girl.

This week's episode sees Pulse Supermodel and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Carla Campbell making a special guest appearance as the new hopefuls try to maintain level heads while striking fierce poses under both 'cool and warm circumstances'.
