THE CASH Plus Premier League (CPPL) enters its fourth round today with champions Harbour View hosting impressive newcomers Sporting Central Academy (SCA) in one of several intriguing fixtures.

Harbour View went to the top of the standings last week with fine points after a 3-0 victory over struggling Village United, also at home. Greg Taylor, Fabian Taylor and skipper Lovel Palmer were on target for the team to beat again this season.

SCA are only a point adrift of Harbour View after defeating Reno 4-3 in a thriller at the Spanish Town Prison Oval.

" It is going to be tough," Hyde said.

"They have scored four goals ... they are attacking well, but at the same time, they have given up three," he said.

"I have confidence in my defence. We just have to go out there and play a disciplined game," he said.

Left back Robert Scarlett and midfielder Jermaine Hue are poised to make their season debuts for Harbour View today ahead of the first round of the Caribbean Club Championships, which kick off on November 2 in Trinidad and Tobago. Meanwhile, co-leaders with Harbour View, Tivoli and Boys' Town, face stern challenges to keep pace with the champions. Tivoli meet the dangerous Portmore United (four points) at Railway Oval, while Boys' Town host neighbours Arnett Gardens (three points).

Portmore have struggled to score so far this season, racking up only one goal. Onandi Lowe, Newton Sterling and newcomer Fabian Davis are yet to gel and Eric Vernon and Woolry Wolfe are out on cards. That leaves Portmore vulnerable against a strong Tivoli outfit.

Boys' Town will not take Arnett Gardens lightly as striker Leon Strickland and Keion Clunis have started the season in fine fettle.

Also, their home advantage is likely to be neutralised as Arnett's fans travel down Collie Smith Drive. In other games, Seba United travel to Portland to tackle St. Georges at Lynch Park, August Town head to Trelawny to meet Village United, under new coach Vincentian Kendale Mercury, and inconsistent Waterhouse are at home to Reno.
