Revamping its already exceptional menu, Ma Lou's Gourmet Shack has added even more delectable dishes, which are all guaranteed to tantalise taste buds.

Ranks highly

Located along the 'Hip Strip' of Montego Bay, at Coral Cliff Entertainment Resort, Ma Lou's ranks highly for service, setting and savoury cuisine.

The décor of the restaurant is rustic ritzy. The dim lighting and first rate entertainment which includes steel pan music, make it a perfect setting for a romantic dinner.

Marketing Manager, Brian Brown, told Food that, at present, the aim is to move away from the old menu, and focus on a menu which will change with the seasons.

Brown said, "We cater to guests using a lot of indigenous and seasonal ingredients, such as lobster and fruits, thus certain ingredients are not readily available for particular dishes."

By revamping the menu, Ma Lou's has not only achieved a solution to a situation which could be problematic, but they have also managed to develop a mechanism that will have patrons returning regularly to sample the restaurant's latest offerings.
