No ordinary truck
published: Sunday | December 2, 2007

Nitty Kutchie's one-of-a-kind 2002 Chevy Avalanche.- Photo by Mario James

Portmore based DJ Andrew Reid, a.k.a Nitty Kutchie, has been around for sometime now. Having previously owned a convertible BMW, Windom and Honda Inspire, Nitty Kutchie has changed his focus somehow and he currently owns a one-of-a-kind 2002 Chevy Avalanche. This ain't your ordinary, pickup truck. He acquired this truck three years ago stateside and had it tricked it out overseas. Shot in Candy Orange, it has a US$1,500 Gucci Interior with four DVD screens! With a Vortech V8, this DJ has no problems with power. However, the only thing this Chevy hauls is CDs, records and dub plates. According to the Oxford dictionary, 'avalanche' means sudden abundance. This sweet ride is sure to garner longing looks from passers-by!
