Wanted men, toddler found dead in car
published: Tuesday | December 11, 2007

SPANISH TOWN, St. Catherine:

A 10-month-old toddler was found dead in a motor car, along with two men who were on the police most wanted list.

They have been identified as 34-year-old Wayne Dryden and his 30-year-old brother Dion Dryden, both of Bog Walk, St. Catherine.

According to the St. Andrew South police, about 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, residents along Spanish Town Road heard explosions and later found the three with multiple gunshot wounds. A woman escaped from the vehicle and was being treated at hospital for gunshot wounds.

The deaths of the men came weeks after the police crime blotters named them among the nation's most wanted.

According to the Bog Walk police, the brothers figured in the killing of Christine and Elaine Chin, and were terrorising the Bog Walk and surrounding areas but had managed to elude several police dragnets prior to their demise.
