When 11-year-old Shamala, with the help of her aunt, Nadia, penned her entry to the Outlook Christmas bedroom makeover, there was one thing on her mind. The discomfort being experienced by two of the kindest persons she has ever met was just too painful for her.

They need a roof
Although the Nunes family is very happy about the brand new bedroom given to mother and father, we must admit that the family has other pressing needs, which we hope the public will come forward and help with. They obviously need a larger home, but even more urgent is their need of a rehabilitated roof.
