New sanitary facilities
published: Thursday | December 27, 2007

THE EDITOR, Sir:

The Ministry of Education has given the funds to build a new sanitary facility at the Dalvey Primary School in St. Thomas. The facility has been in use since September 2007. It replaced the old pit toilet that was there since the school was built many years ago.

Mr. Thomas, the principal, and staff are very pleased with the way students display cleanliness at the facility.

They thank the workmen and others whose efforts made the difference, and gave rise to the reality of the facility.

They are also looking forward, and hoping that the effort of everyone will enable the school to put a computer lab in place in the very near future; for the space now in use is not fully adequate.

I am, etc.,

J.A. BAILEY

Dalvey P.O.,

St. Thomas
