published: Friday | December 28, 2007

Forensic police have processed the car of missing banker Michael Campbell and are now awaiting results to further their investigations, Assistant Commissioner of Police Denver Frater told The Gleaner yesterday.

"He has not yet been located. His motor vehicle has been processed by forensic officers and we are still awaiting results, the search still continues."

Campbell, a 42-year-old senior banking officer at the Black River branch of, Scotiabank Jamaica, has been reported missing since last week Thursday.

Last seen on November 20

Campbell, who resides at Hanson, Avenue, Santa Cruz in St. Elizabeth, reportedly left work about 5:30 p.m. on November 20 and has not been seen since.

He was last seen at a jerk centre at Burnt Ground district, also in St. Elizabeth, about 11:00 o' clock that night.

His Toyota Mark II motor car was found last Saturday at Olive Gardens in May Pen, Clarendon. Campbell is five feet six inches tall, of medium build and of a dark complexion. The police are asking anyone with information that can help to call them.
