Local Government minister denies involvement in another brawl
published: Wednesday | February 13, 2008

GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC):

Local Government Minister Kellawan Lall has denied any involvement in a brawl at a business place last Friday, insisting he was unaware of what was being said about him.

"I don't know about any assault. I was not assaulted and I don't know what you are talking about," Lall, told the Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC) after reports circulated here that he had been video taped in a brawl involving a woman.

His attorney, Anil Nandlall, in a statement Monday said that the minister had gone to conduct business when he was confronted by a woman with whom he had a relationship
