Eat fewer calories as you grow old
Dear Ms Brown:
I read your columns and take your advice. I am 61 years old, I go to the gym everyday and I feel great but as you say, the calorie intake and the proper diet are so important even with exercise. I want to lose about six pounds and I just can't; my problem is at nights when I tend to snack, but I am working on that. So thank you and keep writing.
