Hello: Loose the leopard
published: Saturday | April 5, 2008

Whether faux or fur, leopard print has added fierce felinity to catwalks across the globe. From wallets to belts to totes to pumps, jungle accessories are fast becoming the puurrr-fect complement to any ensemble.

Thong on song

Thong sandals are more than just a step above their gang of rubber cousins. Paired with jeans, leggings or even a dress, worn in the day or at night, thong sandals offer casual class to any outfit. In every colour and design imaginable, from weaved to beaded, you're sure to find one appropriate for any wear.

Sheer beauty

When you think of sheer, the first adjective that comes to your mind may not be classy or chic, but the recent revival of sheer blouses is on the lips of consumers everywhere. With intricate lace detailing, bright colours and gorgeous prints, these blouses, paired with high-waists and heels, are sure to add some sensuality to your sophisticated look.

Goodbye

Burst those bubbles

For young girls five years old and younger, 'bubbles' as the primary hair clip surely gets the fashion green light. However, once your first teeth have settled in, these huge coloured balls protruding from the top of the head or bottom of a braid are unacceptable and just plain ugly.

Flopping fanny packs

Although offering convenient and relatively safe storage for items ranging from sunglasses to travel documents, fanny packs have become a fashion don't even for tourists! This pouch fastened around the waist should not be substituted for a belt or handbag in any situation.
