Breaches in Portmore
published: Friday | July 4, 2008

The Editor, Sir:

How long will the St Catherine Parish Council continue to sleep?

So many homeowners have been allowed to construct homes in breach of the building regulations in Portmore. The people in White Water Meadows are doing the same.

Will the parish council please come in and do their job? As soon as you enter the community the breaches can be clearly seen. Let us not wait until something terrible happens before we act.

Lawless citizens cannot be made to do as they please, putting other people's life and property at risk.

The authority needs to ACT NOW.

I am, etc.,

CONCERNED CITIZEN

White Water Meadows
