Police strippers
published: Friday | August 8, 2008

Partygoers mistook police called to break up a party for strippers.

Two officers were called to the party in Simmern, Germany, after complaints about noise. As they attempted to enter, they were greeted with whoops and mobbed by drunken partygoers, who chanted for them to start stripping.

A police spokesperson said: "A young woman was giving a party and there seems to have been some confusion - the guests thought the two officers were a strip act. The misunderstanding was swiftly resolved and calm was restored. They eventually got out with their uniforms intact."
