Maxi Priest collabs with soca hitmaker

Priest

New lead singer of UB40, Maxi Priest, and soca hitmaker Shurwayne Winchester have teamed up for the track Make It Yours.

The music video, being shot in the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago, is soon to be released.

Priest, cousin of the late Jamaican artiste Jacob Miller, topped the United States' Billboard Chart with Close to You in 1990. The singer's duet with Roberta Flack Set The Night To Music reached top 10 in the USin 1991.

Winchester, who started his career at 12, was the winner of the 2006 Trinidad carnival with the song Don't Stop.
