Hope Gardens
published: Tuesday | September 9, 2008

Check out the pool that reflects everything above it. - Colin Hamilton/Freelance Photographer

Remember the days when Hope Botanical Gardens and Zoo was the place to relax on a Sunday afternoon, take those memorable wedding pictures or for students on excursions to learn about many animals like lions and tigers? It was also a great place for lovers to court and students from the universities to study.

Many of the charming features of the zoo have disappeared but there is still much to enjoy there. Our photographers captured some of the special locations at the historic St Andrew landmark.
