Disgusted with JPS
published: Tuesday | September 9, 2008

The Editor, Sir:

I am feeling really disgusted with JPS and the cup has overflowed.

If no one had protested about his or her light bill, then there would have been no explanation nor apology about the increase that they had already stuffed down our throats and now the apology is too late. JPS, your apology is not accepted.

You need to treat us Jamaicans with a lot more respect. No matter what we do, the bills keeping climbing higher and higher.

You (JPS) said "turn it off, plug it out". We did that and the bill doubled. I have had enough.

How come we have to put up with your disrespect? How come? How come?

I am, etc.,

S. MENDEZ

St Catherine
