Neil André Jr is only 16 years old, but was the champion rider in the Quad Class Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club (JMMC) Sprint No. 5. The event took place at the Morelands Raceway in St James on Sunday. It was put on by the JMMC and the Montego Bay Motoring Club Spot Valley Million Dollar Challenge Dirt Spring No. 5.
