Chris Blackwell's rum was enjoyed at a recent event in Coral Gables (Miami), as Robert Burr presented his Gifted Rums of Jamaica tasting at the Westin Colonnade Hotel. More than four dozen rum enthusiasts gathered to taste a sampling of the finest rums from Jamaica, with the new Black Gold rum receiving accolades from many in attendance.

Drink Recipe

FireFly Colada

3 oz Blackwell Rum

1 oz Pineapple juice

3 Tbs coconut milk

Crushed ice

Blending Instructions:

Put all ingredients into an electric blender with two cups of crushed ice.

Blend at a high speed for a short length of time.
