published: Saturday | September 27, 2008

Jamaica Constabulary Force 'A' (JCF) will be aiming to cement their place in the semi-finals of the Locker Room Sports Business House netball competition, when they oppose National Commercial Bank (NCB) today at the Leila Robinson courts, starting 6:30 p.m.

The JCF are third from the bottom of the table on six points, three ahead of NCB 'A'. A win for the JCF will guarantee them a place in the top four.

In the day's other game, defending champion and leaders General Accident (21 points) oppose third- place Jamaica Boilers (12).

"We are very confident because our players are determined to win this game," said Jennifer Duncan, coach of the JCF. "We have beaten them in every match that we have played against them all season."

She added: "This is a very important match for us because we would like to move up in the standings to ensure that we secure a spot in the semi-finals."
