DEFENDING WALKER Cup champions Calabar will be favoured to maintain their unbeaten run despite taking on a much-improved St Mary's College in one of two rescheduled ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Manning Cup games today at 3:30.
Meanwhile, in Group A, Tivoli will look to rebound after suffering their first loss of the season to Spanish Town earlier this week when they play a winless Tarrant at Jacisera Park.
Top the Group B standings
A win for Calabar could see them top the Group B standings as Waterford are a point ahead, having played one more game. St Mary's, greatly improved from a tough outing last season - having already earned two points, will be looking for their first win of the season. However, that seems unlikely to come against Calabar today.
With the race for Group A honours shaping up to be a tight one, Tivoli, who fell to fourth place with just one loss, can ill afford any mistakes against Tarrant.
Having failed to win a point thus far this season, and going down 16-0 to Charlie Smith in their last encounter, it would take a massive effort from Tarrant to salvage anything from today's match.
