They say three time's a charm, but the fourth time can be better than ever for the Columbus Restaurant at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel.

They have been involved in The Gleaner-sponsored Kingston Restaurant Week since its inception in 2005.

Great exposure

"All the years have been great. It's great exposure for persons who think, 'oh dear it's a hotel, we can't afford it'," noted hotel manager, Nancy McLean.

Located on Knutsford Boulevard, it's in the heart of what is by day the commercial district, and by night a culinary heaven for all to enjoy its fabulous Italian cuisine.

However, McLean, told Food that this year they'll be taking a slightly different approach, veering from their Italian menu to a gourmet menu for KRW. In the delectable category of KRW, the cuisine will be nothing but the best. This year's menu will be loaded with mouth-watering dishes that will leave patrons nothing less than satisfied.

Need a hint to keep you salivating until then? There will be Atlantic salmon, which McLean guarantees "is fantastic"!
