In the context of criminal justice reform, I recommend the abolition of the death penalty and substitute it with imprisonment with work to be done by convicted prisoners.

Their pay should go to compensate all victims of criminal injuries from their dependents.

To ensure the non-escape of prisoners and minimise reprisal to victims, develop treaty arrangement with friendly countries, for example, African countries with vast land space to acquire lands for housing administration buildings, agriculture and small industries.
