The Editor, Sir: Once again, our nation's utterly disturbing, seemingly intractable crime problem, especially regarding murders, has catapulted the issue of capital punishment to the forefront of everyone's consciousness.
THE EDITOR, Sir: A number of weeks ago I read an interesting article by Dr Omar Davies former minister of finance, urging Mr Tufton to proceed at full speed with his push for local agricultural production.
