Jah B's Place

Jah B grinding his home-grown coffee.
In Whitfield Hall, in the Blue Mountains, St Thomas, there is a mountain lodge called Jah B's Place, where the scenery is heavenly.
All around there is mountain magic - whether it's the enchanting view of the sea along the St Thomas coastline, the dramatic rise of the green mountain slopes, the ghostlike silhouettes of pines trees, shrouded by thick mountain mist, or the juniper trees that sparkle with raindrops, there is beauty in abundance.
Sitting on Jah B's veranda looking into the distance, you feel entranced by the sight of fluffy white clouds flirting with light-blue skies. Close your eyes and let the cool mountain breeze caress your cheeks. Inhale, exhale, again, and again.
Jah B is an enterprising man who plants, processes and markets his own coffee. He has private accommodations with bunk beds to shelter weary hikers from the cold nights and steep inclines. Soothe yourself with a cup of his rich, dark coffee, grown right there. Take a walk, survey the lovely scenes and dream a little.
It's an escape from the drudgery of life in the city, a balm for the mind, body and soul. Take it all in and enjoy it while you can because nothing lasts forever, not even the spectacular view from Jah B's Place.
