They have distinct musical styles; Tami is more pop reggae, Tessanne more rock reggae. The sisters even spell their surnames differently, Tessanne retains the original family spelling, Chin, but Tami spells hers Chynn. However, just when you think you have them pegged as quintessential opposites, they pull out the similarities. Both are scared of balloons, outgoing to boot and love to play with make-up.
The last fact brought the 20-somethings to The Beauty Spot, inside Lee's Fifth Avenue, Tropical Plaza, on February 8. They wanted to showcase their unique technique of applying make-up.
In true Chin/Chynn fashion, the women were pulling from their personal make-up pouches along with utilising products from The Beauty Spot to create a basic day and night look. And, of course, in the name of sisterhood, they shared their tools.

| Tami's look for night | 1.Start by applying Aveeno moisturiser over the face. |
| 2. | Hide imperfections - for her freckles she uses Mac Studio Fix pressed powder. |
| 3. | Apply eyeshadow, shade of your choice - she chose peachy tones. |
| 4. | For a dark eye, use a combination of mascara, according to her "the key to life", and eyeliner - she uses both liquid and cream liner. Be certain to line as close to the inner bottom lid as possible; it gives a better look. |
| 5. | If you want to take the look to another level, add a couple fake lashes to the outer lashes of your eye. |
| 6. | Top off light peach colour for the lips with a shiny lipgloss. |
Tessanne's Tips 1. | Use bronzer on cheeks, similar to when applying blush. |
| 2. | Pay attention to your T-zone and blend, blend, blend to avoid looking like a clown. |
| 3. | Use an eyelash curler to get lashes perky. |
| 4. | When applying mascara, apply from the top of the lashes then the front to get rid of any shadow that may have fallen there. |
| 5. | Always uses lip moisturiser. |
| 6. | With a large brush, and using a colour close to your skin tone, brush from forehead right down the centre of your face to create a contour. |
They encouraged women to believe that there are no make-up mistakes that cannot be fixed. |
