To date over 450,000 JPS customers have received normal electricity supply, with areas such as Leamington in Westmoreland, Goshen in St. Elizabeth, Colleyville in Manchester, and Rhymesbury in Clarendon being covered last week during the restoration process.

Several communities however, still remain without electricity as a result of the extensive damage to the power delivery network, inclement weather and limited accessibility. JPS continues to focus much of its efforts on returning service to these communities, where substantial repairs are needed.
