THE EDITOR, Sir:

I WANT to take the time out to say how happy I am to have spent my December holidays in Jamaica. Going home to spend time with my family is and will always be a priority for me.

Making my vacation more complete this year was a community-based radio station in Mandeville, WICFM, with a show on Sunday mornings called Shades of Beauty, hosted by Royston Hinds. I always wake up to the expectation of hearing a talented young man playing good gospel music. For me, that was a real treat to start my week.

Filled with features and practical information, that show is more than one could ever possibly ask for on a Sunday morning. With that, I want to say to Mr Hinds and his producer, keep up the good work that you are doing.

I am etc.,
